VT: My first curated trove

Received my first curated trove the other day!! Must thank Valerie and Winnie from VT for the generous news, also their helps!
Let's take a look at the box shall we?

Inside the pretty box, there are a total of 6 beauty items which I have chosen

1. off with those heads, from b.liv
This is such an effective product to kill those stubborn blackheads! Most importantly, it's painless! It also keeps excessive oil secretion under control and thus skin irritation will never rule again.

2. Hydrance optimale light hydrating cream (5ml), from Avene
I always love Avene products, especially the spring water, it is a very good hydration agent, so I believe this hydrating cream would deliver similar results too!

3. Repair mask (30ml), from SP
The hair mask is able to repair hairs up to 100% with just one application, just right for me cause I've just colored my hair last week.

4. Pure essential oil lavender (1.5ml), from Heaven on earth
We all know the goodness of lavender oil right? This oil can be used in many ways, which is the reason why I chosen this. It can be during massage, facial steam, inhalations, baths and etc. The smell of this oil is just nice to me!
(RM 50 for 5ml)

Comes with a leaflet which contain some guides on essential oil and instructions......

Also the contact! How thoughtful is that?

5. Lunasol skin fusing powder foundation
The color is very natural and I can feel the smoothness of my face after application, it also has SPF 20PA++ which is very important these days

6. etre belle Sensiplus + hydrasilk gel tonic (2ml)
This moisturizing gel tonic normalize the moisture content and PH value, a great factors to a beautiful delicate skin. The cream is easily absorbed too.

So here's something new and exciting about VT.

VT is teaming up with the famous Cosmo to put together a beauty box worth over $80, each containing a surprise selection of award winning beauty products from Cosmo Beauty Grand Prix 2013. Another great news for all beauty lovers out there!(applicable to Singapore only though)

Also, they are having this Wish & Win contest on FB every week, and it's so easy to win! It'll grant members a full sized item! Yes, full size!

Hmm

2D1N Hatyai trip

I have been to Hatyai many times and I am not bored of it yet, haha!! xD
It's one of my favorite place to go, I mean considering the fact that I can't really travel oversea at the moment (no money and no time).
But traveling to Hatyai is still consider 'oversea' la right? 😆 It's just that we go there by car instead of plane.... Just 2 hours plus to reach kastam, almost like from Taiping to KL.

We had a short getaway to Hatyai last month, it was 2 days after the Songkran festival. We tagged Aden and Toby along so hubby suggested to avoid that festival.

Journey was smooth from Taiping all the way to the kastam, just the queue at the kastam was a bit tiring. We managed to check in early, lucky!

We stayed at Grand Pink hotel, I simply love this hotel because the room is big and clean! Staff service is nice too! Highly recommended, heard it's been refurnished lately. It's located next to Lee Garden Plaza so it's easy to find!
I also love the spacious bathro…

BFF trip to Bangkok 2013: The food post

Bangkok is not only a heaven for the men shopping but also food! I've actually Google and blog hopping beforehand to see what's worth to eat at Bangkok, can only chose the most popular ones as we were there for only 4 days 3 nights, a very rush trip.
I've filtered out those food we ate during the trip which I think worth mentioning.
@ Food court, Platinum Mall Green curry chicken rice
Beef noodles
Fruit crepe
The food court is so big here in Platinum Mall, hundreds of tables are provided but almost all are occupied.

Dessert @ Swensen, Platinum Mall

(pale looking face, first day after touching down) Swensen is not in my itinerary, we decided to go here instead of Mr Jones Orphanage at Siam Center cause of the location. Siam Center is further away from where we stay, but Platinum Mall is just about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. End up, no regrets! Much cheaper and yummier compared to Malaysia.

T&K seafood, Chinatown  (It's easier to get here by metered cab)

By far…
