(For those who have not participate in the Bangkok giveaway, click HERE before 10pm today!*

Hmm

1. Tosowoong pore brush

3。Cure natural aqua gel

4。Dermic Eucare eye contour cream

5。b.liv off with those heads

6。Botanic skin brightening toner

7。amask gold & stem cells

8。Green burning/firming cream

Phew!

BFF trip to Bangkok 2013: Shopping, giveaway and the end

Yep, this is the last post of my Bangkok travelogue. Very fast isn't it? Cause I was there for just 4D3N =)

So this is the main thing to blog about this trip, shopping!! Everyone knows Bangkok is a shopping paradise, for the ladies especially. And this has become the main purpose of our BFF trip this time.

There're a few main shopping points in the city of Bangkok and I think we had most of them covered.

1. Pratunam market
Just a 5 minutes walk from the hotel we stayed, quite a large area with lots of shops and stalls. Selling mainly ladies fashion and some food. I personally like this place as there're lots of choices! And of course, price is crazily cheap!

2. Platinum fashion mall
About 10 minutes walk from Pratunam market, alternatively you may take the skytrain(BTS) and get down at Siam station. We had been here twice during the trip, cause we both feel that it's a nice shopping place with lots of varieties! They caters wholesale clothes so in order to get wholesale price, one has to buy a minimum of 2 pieces. It's definitely more worth to buy 2 or more cause the individual price and the wholesale price can be very much different!
Opens daily from 9am-8pm (starting to close around 7pm).

3. Siam Square
The place is quite big with a few streets (called Soi in Thai), and is packed with fashion boutiques, accessories shops, cafes and restaurants. The easiest way is to take the BTS to Siam station.

4. Siam Center
Just around Siam Square too. But this is a more classy shopping mall hence my friend and I din't shop for long inside. We opted for something cheaper outside, haha xD

5. Siam Paragon
Just next to Siam Center. Also another classy shopping mall, with lots of international designer brands. Not for us as well, just walked about 10 minutes inside and then we left :p

6. MBK mall
Medium-classed mall I'd say, something like Sg Wang Plaza in KL. However I find their fashion not to my liking, but we did shopped in their departmental store, Tokyu.
It's easy to get there, just use the connected walkway bridge which connects Siam Square and Siam Paragon.

7. Terminal 21
A newer shopping mall in Bangkok, with free wifi (just register at the counter), special for its themed floors. There're about 8 world cities in this mall, such as Paris, London, Istanbul, Tokyo and San Francisco. Things are slightly expensive here, but the quality is somewhat better.
Get there by taking BTS to Asoke station.

Even the toilets are themed!

Their skytrain (BTS) is very convenient, and information and guidelines are very user friendly too!

8. Asiatique riverfront
It was raining most of the times during the trip, I was so worried that we couldn't visit this place! Thank God we managed to drop by this place during the last night.
This is a shopping and lifestyle complex just next to Chao Phraya river. Clothes selling here is slightly expensive, and they looks much more classy too. There're lots of eateries here as well.
How to get there: Take BTS to Saphan Taksin station, then take the Asiatique free shuttle boats which runs til 11pm daily.
But the queue of the shuttle boat is usually long, so we paid 20 Baht per person to take the express boat, which surely saved us some times.

The big ferris wheel is the attraction here, but we din't take the ride due to time constraint

9. Chatuchak weekend market
As the name suggest, it operates only on the weekend. This is a must-go if you're visiting Bangkok. The market is HUGE with thousands of stalls, and it has divided into many sectors which sell different items like clothes, souvenirs, food, antiques, accessories, handcrafts and etc.
The crowd is big here as well, and it's very hot too!
We came here on the last day before heading to the airport, and managed to sapu quite a lot of stuff, haha xD

No wonder Bangkok is so famous among the tourists cause shopping in Bangkok is really fun!! Most of them are really cheap, but we can't try on the clothes though, so have to buy base on 'our eyes'.
My luggage weighs 9kg when leaving Malaysia and came back around 20kg (actually should have buy more cause I bought 30kg luggage weight with Air Asia, LOL!)

I know I may sound jakun but this shopping trip is indeed the most satisfying one compared to the rest of my oversea trips. In Bangkok I can shop without thinking/converting the price! Haha xD
But once is surely not enough, I tell myself I MUST go back there some day ^_*

(Anyone wanna see fashion post? :p)

Children clothes are plenty and cheap too!

And NaRaYa is sure a must-buy there

So I have 2 small gifts to giveaway this time. Same old rules, opens to all Malaysian and Singaporean.
To participate please comment with the tagline 'I love Bangkok!', together with your name, and tell me what you like about my blog.

Giveaway ends 30th October 10pm.
Thanks for reading and good luck!!
