Had a simple birthday celebration for my brother earlier this month. He is a health freak hence he prefer to stay home to enjoy mum's yummy meesua soup, and the small birthday cake ;)
Oh yea many people commented we look alike ^^

And I bet you know this is my daughter son whom I mentioned he is terrified with haircuts! It's been more than a month since his last quick haircut and I really beh tahan with his long hairs, he sweats easily and I feel hot for him! :p

So after recommendation from a friend that her hair stylist is able to handle tricky toddler like this, I brave myself to visit that hair stylist.
End up, Aden still cried terribly during the haircut.... =_= But luckily that hair stylist is strong enough to hold Aden's head and quickly trim his hair.... In the end we managed to trim Aden's hair quite a lot compared to previous time......

I hope this can last at least 2 months, before we go to war again, haha xD
He looks like a big boy with this new haircut, and my mum said he looks even more like his dad with this new hair cut~

I went for the second body scrapping session few days ago, and this time the bruises are much lesser compared to last month.

This was after the first body scrapping session~

And this is the second time. Guess my body is less toxic and less heaty now? xD

Did you watch the latest HK drama on AOD? Never dance alone (女人俱乐部)

I love this drama as it's fun to watch! Those actresses are truly professional type, and still acting well despite the age ;)
My favorite in the drama are Carman Lee (李若彤) and Rachel Lee (李丽珍).

p/s: I organized a giveaway recently, click HERE to join!

  1. This must be painfull.

  2. Hey! Your brother's so handsome. Happy birthday to him.

  3. Ouch, the body scrapping, was it painful? I've heard of it b4, but never tried it on my own.. By the way, your brother is cute :)

  4. Happy Birthday to your brother... :)

If u visit your brother in Singapore, let me know ya, hope to meet you... :)

  5. Wooaahh.. the body scrapping ! I've seen even more bruises than yours... i still don't dare to try it yet.. hahaha..

thanks for sharing the hongkong drama.. now i'm going to bug my sis to download it for me to watch.. hahaha..

  6. 我最近追剧好慢啊!!!还看着久片!

  7. I love the body scrapping too.. mine is very red on the shoulders especially cos of the wind, I suppose...
And I am watching the Never Dance Alone! Yes, these ladies are during my era.. hahaha...oldies but goldies.. but I cannot remember Sui Si...

  8. Looking at the body scrapping, wow... it must be very very painful :(

  9. Hmm, this year the month of April is really happening. Not only got so many friends birthday, ok it is my birthday month, but a few of my friends baby born in this month too.. Happy birthday to your brother.

  10. Hope you feel much better now... next time we go for mani and pedi together ok bo? I want to go too. Ithas been years I didn't go... even myself also lazy to do it many dead skins...

    1. Your body still pain? will it got scars next time..I look at your body feel sim tia...

  11. Haha..Aden looks so cute with the new hair cut. Eh ... Your body scrapping very shiok ah ? Looks so painful !

  12. i love simple birthday celebrations, too. the simpler the better, really. (: your son is absolutely incredibly beautiful!!

  13. your brother is not a health freak but a homely person.. he prefers to stay at home to celebrate his birthday with family, just a bowl of meesua soup and a small little cake make him happy already.. ah, good!! no need lavish celebration but then being able to celebrate together with your loved ones means the best thing to us, simple things can also mean the best thing, agree??

    1. haha!! your "daughter" Aden?? errr, a little bit lah especially when his hair grows long, and the rosy cheeks can make him looks like a pretty girl.. but then that means he has a very big potential to become a 花美男 when he grows up later lah, another 都敏俊 in the future?? hehehehe.. then Hayley will become a very famous 星媽 already :D

    2. wow, i really wonder how chaotic the situation will be when Aden was having is hair cut?? and how did that hairstylist control the situation?? so you will go back to this 很厲害的 hairstylist again to get her to trim Aden's hair?? next time must shoot a video and show us.. or maybe you are too busy to help control Aden that you have no "hands" to do that, haha!!

    3. oh yeah, can see considerably less marks on your back.. yeah, probably you have less toxins inside your body already, that's a good thing huh?? got improvements.. but then that's just the mark lah, more important is that you yourself feel better and more healthy lor.. i think if i am to go for 刮痧, fuyoh, sure 只看到整片通紅, 只有一點點原來的肉色~~ :D

    4. have not watched this 女人俱樂部 (yet), quite busy recently and have no time to catch up with the series.. but then i saw on AOD, haha, all are the 過氣女演員 woh, acting sure no problem lah, but they also dance in the series ah?? i was watching 肥媽's cooking show over the weekend lor, haha, quite nice to watch woh actually..

  14. You and your brother macam twins!!!! :O

  15. Happy birthday to your brother!

And your son looks good in the new haircut :)

  16. You sure look like your brother! Aden is cute with his hair.

  17. Did that body scrapping once. Damn painful.

  18. Happy belated b'day to your brother. Such a sensible boy who chose to eat at home rather than outside. Simple celebration like this is actually better and much fun.

  19. Happy Belated birthday to your brother. Good to eat at home because food at home is much better.

Aden has a very tidy hair cut now. Ya, hope you won't need to go for another hair cut for him cos I think he also doesn't like it since he cried.

Can see from your photo, not so much red this time but is it still as painful as the first time to do the body scrapping?

  20. 我倒覺得你和媽媽較相似。哥哥?就比較像爸爸。。哈哈。。祝他:生日快樂!

  21. I like Carmen Lee. I have never tried body scapping before, is it very painful?

  22. When I was younger I used to have birthdays that painted the town red. Now I have retired and only celebrate with my wife alone. That's happiness for me.

You have definitely got your body's system tuned to healthy mode now with lesser red marks! You are so wise to believe in this superb Chinese methods!

  23. 女人俱乐部这部剧我有兴趣,慢慢堆着来后面看哈哈~

  24. 女人俱乐部,是不错,但是有少少闷咯!

  25. Replies
    1. argh., flat fingers...i meant your bro

  26. Hmmm the same thing for my nephew so when he was younger, I would cut his hair for him and made it a fun time. I did silly things and would tell stories of adventures in his hair while I cut his hair. Yeah 30 minutes to trim every 2 months. LOL.

Just a short post before the weekend arrives! =)

I've been drinking this collage drink for about a week already.....

It's from this brand, 满点肌, a product from Japan

10 bottles for the price of RM145

According to the SA, this collagen drinks will make your skin flawless after consuming for a period of time. And now after a week of consuming it, I did not see any significant improvement on my face. But one thing I realise is that my nose has become smoother and less blakcheads! Not sure is it the results of this drinks, but to me it's still a good news! =)

Anyway, my main purpose wasn't to buy this collagen drinks at first, I was looking for the eye mask actually, after reading the positive comments from Female magazine. 6 eye mask for the price of RM 155

The SA told me if I buy their collagen drinks, I'd entitled a 40% discount for the eye mask (yea, business tactics) So that's why I ended up buying the collagen drinks (which I never had before, cause I was worried…

Can't think of a title now...

Hi world! It's been a while! Hope you are doing fine! ;)
Life is busy as usual, and extremely tired lately due to the crazy weather and sick bugs came visited me :(
Got to sleep soon, just wanna come in here to make my blog a bit alive, haha!
Take care and have a nice week ahead!

2D1N Hatyai trip

I have been to Hatyai many times and I am not bored of it yet, haha!! xD
It's one of my favorite place to go, I mean considering the fact that I can't really travel oversea at the moment (no money and no time).
But traveling to Hatyai is still consider 'oversea' la right? 😆 It's just that we go there by car instead of plane.... Just 2 hours plus to reach kastam, almost like from Taiping to KL.

We had a short getaway to Hatyai last month, it was 2 days after the Songkran festival. We tagged Aden and Toby along so hubby suggested to avoid that festival.

Journey was smooth from Taiping all the way to the kastam, just the queue at the kastam was a bit tiring. We managed to check in early, lucky!

We stayed at Grand Pink hotel, I simply love this hotel because the room is big and clean! Staff service is nice too! Highly recommended, heard it's been refurnished lately. It's located next to Lee Garden Plaza so it's easy to find!
I also love the spacious bathro…
