Sawadeeka from all of us! ;))
For some of you, you may recognize Yannie and Yvonne in the picture.
Yep, I went for a short trip to Hatyai with my ex colleagues (and their kids) last weekend. I was surprised by Yvonne's whatsapp asking me if I'm interested to join them to Hatyai. Was hesitating a bit in the beginning cause of Aden, but thank God that MIL is willing to look after him while I am away.
So we stayed at Regency Hotel for a night. No photos of the room cause it's very ordinary, nothing to shout about, haha xD
Us inside the tuk tuk!
Weather was scorching hot when we were at Hatyai! But we were thankful that it din't rain at all, trip will become much more inconvenient if it rains, as we needed to walk a lot in Hatyai
Love the night life there, so many things to buy and eat! The crowd was kinda crazy, which is within expectation....
Must not forget to take photo with Mr Ronald Macdonald who greet us just at the entrance of Lee Garden Plaza ;)
Hatyai din't change much since I last went there, which was about 3 years ago. So I have no problem shopping on my own there, I can easily recognize the areas~
Hatyai has lots of stalls selling yummy snacks, such as those deep fried stuff, local products, fruits (only RM 2- RM 3 for a big pack of sliced fruits! And their fruits are so sweet!), mango glutinous rice, coconut drinks/ice cream, squid and etc~
It's also a place for shopping of course. Clothes, branded bags, shoes and accessories!
And when you are tired of the whole day walking.... You can locate a foot massage center easily......
This one cost me just 250 TB (RM 25) for 1 hour, foot and shoulder massage! How cheap!! Plus it's really comfortable I nearly fall asleep, hehe! Best of all, they offer free wifi!
Their seafood is quite fresh and cheap!
And definitely cannot miss the tom yam gung!
Eateries are almost full during weekend, so better go earlier!
Thailand's McDonald is something not to be missed as well! We all craving for its samurai pork burger! They even have different interesting menu, like bacon with egg burger, corn pie, crab stick pie, and McD bubble tea!
I will eat at least one round of Swensen's ice cream whenever I go Thailand. It's so much cheaper (about RM 10.90 per glass) and taste yummier!
Our group photo! Yannie's(lady in yellow) hubby is the only male in our gang, our bodyguard! xD
Just to show some of my shopping loots. Intended to buy more but since I am going on myself, I have no more hands to carry more... Just the mango and pineapple already weigh so much, plus we are taking bus so.......... :(
Must persuade hubby to go next time!! ;)
