Still learning to become better...

This stretching is good to flatten the tummy 

This exercise the belly and hips

This strengthen the arms and legs, bye bye flabby arms!

This exercise the back, arms and legs

This exercise the waist and thighs

Obviously, this exercise the arms and hips.

Not easy to do partner Yoga, but it sure is FUN! Thanks to my Yoga instructor who is willing to bear my weight, xD




I still enjoy doing Yoga every week. And still learning to become better!
I hope I can master in headstand, soon =)

Well, what do you wish you can become better in?

  4. 好羡慕啊!
    之前在某个中心学了,也跟了一个不错的老师。可惜,后来这个中心,因为groupon的促销,收了很多的学生,原本一班5个人,变成了20个,我也没学了!再后来,我想去我老师自己开的中心,但是她的时间,都在下午6点前,我还没放工呢!
    再后来,我去了另一家,但是我不喜欢那个老师,结果,就没学了!唉!

  5. Wah, all the poses look so canggih.. Eh when I see the 3rd and 4th pose ahh, I thought of one thing - fart.. I think I will ter-fart if I do some of the poses leh.. Paiseh paiseh..

      But some poses can really make us wanna fart one, my instructor said just let it out wo, but I feel paiseh leh! :p

  10. ah, there is always room for us to get better, but the more important thing is that we want to get better and do not already feel we are at the top of the world.. so you are actively practicing that headstand pose now?? wow, it's something unbelievably amazing and tough and almost impossible to me lor, haha~~

    1. actually when i read the title only, i thought you are talking about parenthood, how you want to improve to be a better mother.. but rupa-rupanya, about Yoga.. so have you been thinking about being a Yoga instructor ah?? i've seen many members started as beginner, and with their passion towards all these Yoga, kickboxing, Zumba, Hip-Hop, Steps, Body Combat etc thing, they slowly become co-instructor and finally become master instructor in the gym leh.. how inspiring their determination is!!

    2. ah, i like this post!! showing us all the different poses targetting at different parts of the body!! i think everyday we do a few sets of these post, should be good enough to tone up our body leh.. but one think you wear specs to do Yoga one ah?? not inconvenient meh?? i mean especially when you sweat then the specs can get slippery on your face, or when you want to do some difficult pose, the specs can be a little 阻定 woh.. no??

    3. eh, the last pose, something like a plank.. i think this one also strengthen the core hor?? i am trying to do that, very difficult to hold for more than 10 seconds, muahahaha!! and end up, so ambitious before doing, but gave up in the end~~ :D

      Haha, actually of course I wanna be a better person/mummy, this Yoga is one of my wish list only...
      Instructor? I dare not think about it, me so far away from qualification!

      Yep, in fact there're many poses which target certain areas, everyday do 1-2 sets, sure can see results.
      Erm, a bit troublesome but already used to it, if wear contact lens lagi susah, imagine the sweat gets into the eyes!!

      Many poses also need strong core, if continue to do them the proper way, very fast can have six packs, haha! xD

  11. Wow! I never went to a yoga class. I think I should start soon. But sure cant be as flexible as you, sure break few bones there. ^^

    Didnt do much lately. Just running up and down staircase, cleaning up. Make me sweaty. Weather outside either too hot or raining to jog at the park.

  19. I don't think I will be allowed to practice the routine with people under me. That person will be dead before I master anything LOL! That's why I limit my exercise to jogging and occasional basketball.

  25. I had done yoga once but just for a short period. That time I found it boring. I preferred aerobic and jazzercise. but not anymore as
    I' m so occupied with work.
