Partner/group Yoga

I resumed Yoga lesson during the 4th month post natal and it feels great! Not only did it helped me lost weight faster, also release stress and tension that I got from looking after two boys :p











Yoga can be done individually as well as with partner and in groups. And it's all about strength, communication and trust.
You got to put in more strength to support yourself and also your partner(s); you got to communicate with each other to come to a comfortable and steady pose; and you got to trust each other in every poses. 

So doing a partner/group yoga is actually more tiring than the individual ones.... But it has its own fun too!
That's why I make sure I attend the lesson weekly no matter how tired I am.

    Yoga is one of the best exercise that could help twist and unclot all the toxic & stressed internal organs inside our bodies. The feeling is always very good and calm after the yoga session, making you addictive to this healthy regime.

    My wife says your Latoja cream works very well. Her fat is so little yet it works. Definitely more effective and helpful for all the fat bloggers and readers who want to look slim like Hayley! The fatty is me of course.

  9. Yoga is good, relaxation and meditation...but the problem is if I get on my back , I will not be able to get up again...and would doze off to sleep. LOL!!!

    1. 我也是好奇,哈哈哈。。。我的瑜伽課,上完課每個都很快走人,而且在上課途中大家都有自己的動作做,都沒有人有空拍照,我想這應該是空擋的時候拍的吧? 不過空擋時間都不放過,你們還真的很厲害很勤勞。

  14. I go to yoga once weekly just to tone up my body. I would say that I am not so good in balancing and I feel very sore after the yoga. I see you getting good in many yoga poses. Kudos to you. Keep it up.

  18. That's really cool! I love the pose where you go and inverted V with two people doing the downward facing dog (?) making an M at the bottom.

    I've done group yoga before too, there was a session by Club Med Bali which was nice. Got to know a couple from Malaysia (husband and wife) who were really great at it. They can do amazing yoga with two people that I didn't know were possible!
