Health foot patch

I came to know about this foot patch through a friend. It's something popular at Japan and now slowly becoming a trend at other countries as well.

I bought 20 pieces from an online store recently (search for 'Caroline Fashion Shop' in FB) and used them every night, have not really see significant improvement but I believe it's good for our body if use for long term.

This is how the patch looks like. It's made from charcoal and other natural herbs and plants. Only RM1 per piece.

Stick it at the bottom of the feet during bed time and remove during the next morning, and you'll see.........

... that most part of the patch is wet, which means the patch is working well.

Actually the benefits of using this health patch is that it helps tackle legs soreness problem and also edema issue caused by pregnancy/menses. For those who stands alot and ladies who wear high heels everyday, this is an useful tool!
Most importantly, it works as a good detoxification agent so it's something good for both female and male!

Apart from online store, it's available at Daiso as well (different brands, but I think they serve the same purpose).
I am going to buy more and use it every night now for general health!

Til then, happy patching =)

  1. I've used them before. Dunno whether they really work...but I guess psychologically, at least, there can be some good derived out of it - believing that it will do one good.

  3. hmmm, i sometimes really suspect if those are really detoxifying?? because i've seen a lot of articles claiming that the change of color is merely gimmicks to trap the consumers.. well, maybe yours are good and can see the effect after a period.. :)

  6. I used this type of patches before too, bought them from Cosway, forgot how much already.

Now I do coffee enema to detoxify my colon, and do some walking & cycling to exercise a bit, possible once a week.

  9. Thinking to use this before. But wondering it's really work. Just curious how detox can be done through foot instead of from bowel.

*还没参加抽奖游戏的朋友们,快快按这里吧~ 到今晚10点罢了哦!* (For those who have not participate in the Bangkok giveaway, click HERE before 10pm today!* *帮我的家换了形象,还好吧?^^ *
Hmm

BFF trip to Bangkok 2013: The food post

Bangkok is not only a heaven for the men shopping but also food! I've actually Google and blog hopping beforehand to see what's worth to eat at Bangkok, can only chose the most popular ones as we were there for only 4 days 3 nights, a very rush trip.
I've filtered out those food we ate during the trip which I think worth mentioning.
@ Food court, Platinum Mall Green curry chicken rice
Beef noodles
Fruit crepe
The food court is so big here in Platinum Mall, hundreds of tables are provided but almost all are occupied.

Dessert @ Swensen, Platinum Mall

(pale looking face, first day after touching down) Swensen is not in my itinerary, we decided to go here instead of Mr Jones Orphanage at Siam Center cause of the location. Siam Center is further away from where we stay, but Platinum Mall is just about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. End up, no regrets! Much cheaper and yummier compared to Malaysia.

T&K seafood, Chinatown  (It's easier to get here by metered cab)

By far…

2D1N Hatyai trip

I have been to Hatyai many times and I am not bored of it yet, haha!! xD
It's one of my favorite place to go, I mean considering the fact that I can't really travel oversea at the moment (no money and no time).
But traveling to Hatyai is still consider 'oversea' la right? 😆 It's just that we go there by car instead of plane.... Just 2 hours plus to reach kastam, almost like from Taiping to KL.

We had a short getaway to Hatyai last month, it was 2 days after the Songkran festival. We tagged Aden and Toby along so hubby suggested to avoid that festival.

Journey was smooth from Taiping all the way to the kastam, just the queue at the kastam was a bit tiring. We managed to check in early, lucky!

We stayed at Grand Pink hotel, I simply love this hotel because the room is big and clean! Staff service is nice too! Highly recommended, heard it's been refurnished lately. It's located next to Lee Garden Plaza so it's easy to find!
I also love the spacious bathro…
