Hello folks! Time flies and today is already the 6th day of CNY! Seriously I did nothing much this CNY but yet I want more of it!!
Shall update you guys about my CNY activities soon~
In case if
you've forgotten you're wondering, BDS stands for Black Dog Society. It's a society my friends and I set up to celebrate drinking Guinness, haha! So far we have printed own uniforms, car stickers and red packets.
But drinking Guinness is a history now as most of us in the gang have own family, anyway we do keep the group running and every CNY, we'd go out for a grand dinner together.
You can read about our annual dinner last year HERE.
This year, we chosen the same restaurant as last year because it's air conditioned and it has VIP rooms, I think sitting in rooms provide better security since most of us have babies/toddlers. And we could have better privacy too!
Aden: Where's everybody?
My boy in his new black jacket
My best friend Annie and her family
My humble little family <3
Sitting in high chair quietly but only in the beginning
Cheery and her family of 4
Cloey baby and her daddy and mummy =) Cloey is a week younger than Aden but is chubbier and heavier than Aden, haha xD
Yeah, mummies rule! Yep, most of us in the gang have Dragon babies~
Aden says HI!
Karen and HS, another baby boy is going to join the gang soon! Feeling so excited for Karen now!! ^^
Mummy and Aden, 2 tables in the room that night
This mafia boy getting impatient and wanted to stand up already
Opps kena caught~
And here's daddies with their babies~
Cannot sit for too long, want bao bao (carry) already =_="
We ordered 2 sets of their CNY package of RM 668 each, which consist of:
1. Yee sang
2. Crab meat soup
3. Crispy pei pa ducks
4. Steamed promfret
5. Deep fried prawns
6. Sea cucumber with broccoli
7. Fried rice with chinese sausege in lotus leaf
8. Dessert, pancakes with kaya filling
Total bill, RM 1351 including mineral water (we brought own liquor) for 20 adults. Well, we were kinda disappointed with the dishes this time. The portion is not generous enough, and food taste was mediocre only. But what can we do? I think this is what most restaurants can offer during this busy festive season.
Nonetheless, we had fun catching up with each others! I think our babies had fun too =]
