With the left over frozen pastry from the Portuguese egg tarts, I've decided to make some butterfly puffs (蝴蝶酥). Read bout it through Natalie's blog and it seems so super duper easy!
I can't find any ham/turkey meat from the nearest market so I used chicken meatloaf instead
Rolled them into this shape and sliced into pieces
You can called it heart shaped also, hehe~
Baked under 220'C for about 10 minutes or until the puff has turned golden brown. You can even apply some fruit jams to enhance the taste!
Alright, have to resume my duty as a mummy now.
