Parents in law were away for a week so the rest in the family had to makan sendiri throughout that week.
We eat out most of the times (for the sake of convenience), but I did cooked some simple dishes some days, like chicken spaghetti......
Added in lots of ingredients!
I used Prego tomato sauce
Sprinkled Parmesan cheese on top and slurrp! Cooked this for my hubs, SIL and my parents as well

Bought the frozen puff pastry and to be honest, I really love this frozen puff pastry! So convenient and so versatile!
And since there're still leftover puff pastry, I've made this rose puff too!

Baked this corn layered caked, with santan. But it's a bit too sweet to me though.
Boiled red bean soup too, my all time favorite
Also boiled chicken herbs soup for the family the other day
Cooked Tomyam fried chicken (frozen type)
And simple fried rice
Topped with dark soy sauce roasted pork (by SIL)
And steamed fish
Well, it's always a blessing to have an elderly at home, and to have our parents to cook for us. At least I don't have to be so tired.
To be honest, I was quite tired for the passed week, juggling the tasks like looking after my active Aden, prepared and cooked for him, watched the dogs, cooked for the family, laundry, house chores, watched my favorite HK dramas, surfing the net, and blogging.
But I was happy I was able to do all that, cause I shed 0.5kg after that, haha xD
