Whats up!

There are more and more eateries springing up like mushrooms in Taiping, in the recent 2 years I notice.

I get to know most of them from Facebook, sharing among friends...
Sometimes I intend to try, but some already close down even before I get a chance, LOL!

Anyway, this is the recent one we visited.

It's called Monday Brew. Located in the center of Taiping town, very strategic location I must say.

Decorations are simple, yet quite nice

It was a Friday noon, not crowded at all

Aden wanted yogurt, little brother followed as well~

I had cream sauce spaghetti, nothing very special to shout about~
(Then we ordered 3 glasses of sky juice, FOC, haha)
They serve other spaghetti too, and some snacks, like fries and cakes.
More on drinks like espresso, since I am not a coffee fan at all so nothing to do with me, haha!

Oh hi from yours truly ;)
(Photo taken by Aden, not bad eh?)

Forever my cheeky boy!

Enjoying their fries with ketchup~

Their tagline on the window, 'There's no more monday blues after monday brew', rhythm pretty well! ^^
Perhaps will go again, to try other food ;)

Monday Brew cafe
46 & 48, Jalan Birch,
34000 Taiping.

It's now reaching end of the year, lots of wedding invitations going on.
We attended one last weekend, it was husband's cousin who tied the knot.

My 2 princes got handsome? :p

The same blazers on both Aden and Toby were bought by FIL few months back, now only get to wear them haha!

Selfie with my little boy!
Toby was quite well behaved that whole night. Guess he is a big boy now, can listen more to mummy liao~

And a rare wefie of husband and I xD

Spot that photobomb!

Me that night ;)
Let me tell you, this dress of mine, is already 7 years old. I am glad I still managed to wear it now, LOL!
Feeling reluctant to give it away, cause black gives a slimmer silhouette!
Hey I am sure every woman has at least one little black dress in their closet! Right? ^^

Dinner ended at 10.30pm, time to go home!
(My parents were invited too)

That's all for today, have a great and safe weekend peeps!

  1. Nice place, that Monday Brew. Your boys sure look happy, like they're having a great time. Growing very big now, both of them.

  2. Nice family photos! Aden can take a very good photo of you. All grown up now.

  3. Your boys are so cheerful and cute. The eatery looks like a home to me, brew refers to beer? Guess there got sell beer too.

    1. I guess its more on coffee kinda drinks...
      No beers on the menu.

  4. Your two princes look so smart in the blazers, they both look like Korean Oppa, lol!
You are back in shape and wearing the dress that you got before giving birth, well done to you.

    1. I think they look smart and cute too hehe!

Thanks Yannie! Tabata works for me ;)

  5. The boys so hensem. And you too so pretty

  6. Seeing your boys enjoying their food made me smile :) Aden and Toby are so stylish at the wedding. Mummy got good taste, hor? Good lah you can still fit into old baju. Yah, I got a little black dress too, now too little because I already double the size hah..hah..

    1. Ya, mummy got good taste one, hahaha! :p

  7. Same here. Many outlets but they closed down after a short time. The one I intended to try but they moved or closed.

    1. Same lo.. Not easy running business now..

2D1N Hatyai trip

I have been to Hatyai many times and I am not bored of it yet, haha!! xD
It's one of my favorite place to go, I mean considering the fact that I can't really travel oversea at the moment (no money and no time).
But traveling to Hatyai is still consider 'oversea' la right? 😆 It's just that we go there by car instead of plane.... Just 2 hours plus to reach kastam, almost like from Taiping to KL.

We had a short getaway to Hatyai last month, it was 2 days after the Songkran festival. We tagged Aden and Toby along so hubby suggested to avoid that festival.

Journey was smooth from Taiping all the way to the kastam, just the queue at the kastam was a bit tiring. We managed to check in early, lucky!

We stayed at Grand Pink hotel, I simply love this hotel because the room is big and clean! Staff service is nice too! Highly recommended, heard it's been refurnished lately. It's located next to Lee Garden Plaza so it's easy to find!
I also love the spacious bathro…
